From 603A - Ceiling Leak

Our neighbour quoted:

"Guys I just came back from my unit this afternoon with a contractor to get a quote and horror of horrors I looked up and saw this - dunno if its clear enough these water marks/stains seem to suggest moisture trapped in the ceiling somehow - perhaps it will only affect those of us on the highest floors but i am glad i saw them before i began any renovations or stuff (later they blame the renovators instead)

Went to the service office to lodge a report, tomorrow getting a padlock for them to get their engineer to take a look.

Haiya so much for moving in early before the new year!!"

From 603B - Wall Tiles in 2 bathroom & kitchen crack

Our neighbour from Blk 603B disappointed over the workmanship from the developer.

This is what he/she quoted:

"I'm fr 16th floor. I feel extremely disappointed over the workmanship fr the contractor. Last Wednesday was heavy rain and my master bedroom was leaking and there was a pile of water on the floor when I reached there!! B'cos of this incident, my father in law asked me & hubby to spray the wall tiles in the 2 bathroom & kitchen tile by tile and to my surprise there are almost 20 over pcs tiles crack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Wat the hell!! Cause the tiles are white color, thus we are unable to see it unless we spray water on it! Be alert my neighbors.."

New Flat Possession

Update on HDB webpage today:

HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course.

Punggol Lodge House Layout

Thank to our helpful punggol lodge neighbour frm Blk 603B (upper storey) who did a video clips on the layout of his house, which is having similar layout as us.

HDB has processed your application. You will be receiving the HLE letter by mail.

Received HLE letter on 7th Oct 2010. Submission of Loan Assesment on 9th Oct 2010. Change of status update today, stating that doc was well receieved. Awaiting for the documentation verification and key collection in 1-2mths time.

October 2010 Development

1st batch of Key Collection from Blk 603A. Went for site visiting yesterday on 8Th Oct 2010 (sat) and managed to take a peek on the other design layout different frm ours .. all thanxs to the contractor loitering at the void deck, who was willing to bring us up! They have a better kitchen compared to ours. But we will be having a better view in living room. There are pros and cons in both designs. Good luck loh! well, received the HLE letter on 7th oct 2010. Think soon it will be our turn on key collection! Probably on 1 to 2mths time.
