Feb 09 Development
Its been quite sometime that i didn't update the blog, due to the tight work schedule, CNY preparation, Valentine's Day & stuff like that. All the celebrations has come to an end finally! Fortunately not for the development of the PL project despite the poor economic and recession downturn. Pl has been improving well day by day. MSCP has built to its 1st storey, improvement also shown in Blk 604a & 604b. Blk 604c is on its way! Below updates are taken on 13th Feb 09.

Admiralty Park in 2009.
On 4 Jan 2009, the begining of year 2009, we finally visited admiralty park which is 27 heactares comprising both the nature and recreational areas. We have postphoned the walk twice due to bad weather. But in 2009, a new year, new begining we have clear the park. The location of the park is near to the Republic Polytechnic.
During the walk, we happened to saw monkeys and we detour to other route just to avoid them, in case they attack us. The boardwalk within the mangrove forest is nothing to compare to Ubin boardwalk which is much longer and better scenery.
The journey is so short and within half an hour we completed the whole journey. Thought can enjoy more scenery but nothing seem to attract us. Only when we cross the road, we saw people catching crabs in between singapore and Malaysia waters. Compare with other parks i still prefer the southern ridge and henderson wave.

Singapore Flyer technical fault 3 times in 2008.
On 23 dec 08, Our world's largest observation wheel, the Singapore Flyer came to a halt and had trapped 173 people. Since it operation it had 3 times technical fault. Although it is a bird eye view at the top but there nothing much senery to see as singapore is having construction. Hope the wheel can continue to bring in fortune to singapore.
Today on the 31st dec 2008, the last day of 2008, we did not see the wheel in operation. We went down to count down for 2009. It turn out to be a bless that there is no rain. The fire work as compare 2008 and 2009, I would say that 2009 will be more beautiful. Hope 2009 will be a beautiful year in everything although recession still in the air. Hope the new OX year can really be a bull year for everyone.

Celebrate Christmass @ Changi AIrport 08
Went to Punggol yesterday hopfully to get some updates. We went to Changi Airport thereafter from there. A long journey indeed as well! However, its all worthwhile. Celebrating Christmas at Changi Airport can be a difference too! There are lots of colourful displays and X-mas plant displays at the airport. Rem to bring camera along to bring back x'mas memories home!
